A complimentary digital proof will be sent with the design option that you have chosen for you to verify the information. It is up to the customer to verify that the information is accurate and spelled correctly. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours of the proof being sent, the order will be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: We use two 1/8" maple plywood along with 1/8" clear acrylic, unlike our 1/8". By purchasing this item, you understand that maple plywood may come in different shades of natural light colors, and the dark color engraving may vary due to the burn of the wood. The acrylic image will only be as clear as the quality of the image sent.

When submitting your buyer's home image, we encourage you to please take a minute to find the best possible image because the quality of your ornament is the direct result of the quality of the image you provide. We want you to have the best final product possible and send it to you as quickly as possible so when sending us your logo please make sure and note:

1. Your client's home image is legible, and in a good quality format.
2. Acceptable formats are: PNG and SVG.
3. We will not make any editing or modifications to the image we receive other than fit it to the chosen ornament shape.

Our processing time is 7-9 days for the one-sided basic house key.

Does sterling silver tarnish?

Yes, sterling silver does tarnish. This is a natural reaction the metal has with chemicals in the air. Frequent light polishing with a polishing cloth designed for sterling silver will help minimize tarnish.

Items plated with 14K gold, rhodium, or ruthenium (gunmetal) are extremely tarnish resistant.

Can I return a ring for the correct size?

Yes, for non-defective ring returns

1. For non-defective rings, items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size for an additional 20% re-stocking fee.
2. Not all rings may not be available for immediate exchange, so please allow approximately 5 weeks for production for out of stock items.
3. Returns may ONLY be accepted within 2 weeks from the dates of receipt.
4. Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
5. Returned items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
6. Shipping cost on all returned rings is the customer's responsibility.
